We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right near a metro line, allowing us easy access to the city. We loved being across from Hero's Square, and the fact that the hotel was situated in a quiet area was a bonus. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to car hire, they were always there to assist us. The hotel also had great facilities, like a steam bath and a ballroom, which added to our overall enjoyment of our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The carpets throughout the hotel, including the room, were a bit dirty and stained.

The concierge was friendly and helpful. Early check-in was not available, but they offered to store our bags. They recommended a delicious nearby restaurant. Breakfast had many tasty choices. Our room had a great view and comfortable AC. They organized a taxi and let us store our bags after check-out. Convenient location near subway and train station. Highly recommended.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular landmarks. the room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the surrounding area, a nice bonus.
There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel, quite inconvenient for a 4-star hotel.
