We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right near a metro line, allowing us easy access to the city. We loved being across from Hero's Square, and the fact that the hotel was situated in a quiet area was a bonus. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to car hire, they were always there to assist us. The hotel also had great facilities, like a steam bath and a ballroom, which added to our overall enjoyment of our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is situated right next to a subway station that takes you straight into the city center. This allowed me to easily explore all the areas of interest and engage in tourist activities without any hassle. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast spread offered a variety of tasty choices, exceeding my expectations for a continental breakfast. the hotel provided facilities such as air conditioning and soundproofing, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The carpets throughout the hotel, including the room, were a bit dirty and stained.

The concierge was friendly and helpful. Early check-in was not available, but they offered to store our bags. They recommended a delicious nearby restaurant. Breakfast had many tasty choices. Our room had a great view and comfortable AC. They organized a taxi and let us store our bags after check-out. Convenient location near subway and train station. Highly recommended.

there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel, which was quite inconvenient for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was very weak, resulting in a hot and uncomfortable stay.
